At BreezyFace, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We want you to feel confident and protected when using your face shield. Please review our warranty details below to understand what is covered under your purchase.
1-Year Limited Warranty
BreezyFace offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty on the core mechanical and electronic components of your face shield. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
This 1-Year Warranty explicitly covers the following components:

Face Shield Frame
-
Electrical Components
-
Battery
-
Fan Mechanism
-
Charger
If any of these components fail within the first year due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the defective part or the entire unit at our discretion, free of charge.
What is NOT Covered
To ensure the best visibility and hygiene, the Clear Shield portion of the mask is designed to be a replaceable component. Because it is exposed to the elements and subject to standard physical contact, it is expected to experience normal wear and tear over time.
Therefore, the Clear Shield is NOT covered under this warranty. This includes, but is not limited to:

Scratches, scuffs, or abrasions from daily use

Clouding or discoloration from improper cleaning

Cracks or breaks resulting from accidental drops or impacts
Note: We highly recommend replacing your clear shield periodically to maintain optimal clarity and performance. Replacement shields can be purchased directly through our website.
General Warranty Exclusions: In addition to the clear shield, this 1-Year Limited Warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or mishandling.

Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs.

Normal battery degradation over time.

Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions, water submersion (if not rated for it), or improper storage.
