About Our Products

Breezy Face sells dental face shields and related accessories designed for dental and healthcare professionals.

Medical Disclaimer: Our face shields are PPE designed to reduce exposure to aerosol and splash during dental procedures. They are not a substitute for proper clinical training, OSHA-required safety protocols, or other required PPE. Breezy Face makes no medical claims regarding prevention of disease or infection. Users assume full responsibility for ensuring our products are appropriate for their clinical environment.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from our store.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment is due in full at time of purchase. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Orders & Fulfillment

Breezy Face reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including suspected fraud or pricing errors. You will be notified promptly and issued a full refund if your order is cancelled. All in-stock items ship within 2–3 business days. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm PT, excluding holidays.

Shipping

We ship via USPS. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays or customs delays. International customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Intellectual Property

All content on breezyface.com including text, images, logos, and product photos is owned by Breezy Face and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or use our content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breezy Face shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Users are responsible for ensuring proper fit, use, and maintenance of all PPE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Breezy Face and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims or expenses arising from your use of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first via the Contact Us form at the top of this page to resolve any dispute directly. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in San Diego County, California in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
