At Breezy Face, our customers are our colleagues and friends. We stand behind every face shield and accessory we sell with a 45-day guarantee from the delivery date. If anything doesn't meet your expectations, contact us for a repair or replacement — no hassle, no runaround.
We reserve the right to exclude items from this guarantee if they have been improperly maintained, altered, or abused.
All clearance items are final sale and excluded from the 45-Day Guarantee.
Exchange & Return Policy
We want every clinician who orders from us to be completely satisfied. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. We ask as a courtesy that the following conditions are met for all exchanges and returns:
- We cannot accept returns on altered or modified items.
- Items must be returned in excellent original condition — no stains, scuffs, scratches, or breakage.
- The original packaging must be included with your return.
- All clearance items are final. No refunds can be issued.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if items appear damaged, worn, or altered.
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 45 days of delivery. Email us at [your email] to begin the process.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
- A refund will be issued once the product is received and inspected, minus a $15 processing fee.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Face Shields
Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your face shield, you may return it in its original unused condition within 45 days for a full refund, minus a $15 processing fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 45 days in original unused condition, minus a $15 processing fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty: All face shields are warranted against manufacturer defects for 45 days from delivery. We reserve the right to refuse warranty claims on items damaged by misuse, modification, or neglect.
Accessories
Returns: Accessories may be returned in original unused condition within 45 days for a full refund, minus a $15 processing fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 45 days in original unused condition, minus a $15 processing fee.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, accessories that have been opened and used cannot be returned or exchanged.
Warranty Details
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. All non-clearance items are warranted against manufacturer flaws and defects for 45 days from delivery. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, drops, or improper care.
Shipping Details
We ship via USPS,UPS, DLH and others with delivery available to P.O. and F.P.O. Boxes. Usual delivery time is 2–7 business days depending on your location.
For international orders, additional shipping time applies. International shipping rates and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer. [Your Store Name] is not responsible for any import fees or customs charges.
